Dennis Becker's lifelong quest has been to learn, apply, and teach the practical lessons and underlying principles that enable individuals to live their lives to the fullest and for organizations to create the kinds of results they want.

Since 1975, he has designed and led performance breakthrough seminars for over 1300 of the world's largest companies. He has delivered programs in the United States , Japan , Hong Kong , China , Philippines , Singapore , Australia , Thailand , Indonesia , Bali , Italy , Zimbabwe , and Canada .

Taking the "road less traveled," Dennis accepted the challenge of working in Asia with Robert White and Balance Point International for several years. While in Japan , he managed EP's transformational personal effectiveness seminar company. In China , he coached the 50 largest state-owned companies as they followed the path toward privatization. And in Hong Kong , Dennis trained senior government leaders in change management, preparing them for the momentous changes of 1997.

Dennis believes each of us has an individual responsibility to contribute to the larger challenges facing our society. His symposia leadership work includes "Ethics in Action" and "Choices for a Healthy Environment," both produced by the Windstar Foundation. The "Higher Ground" event was a successful production presented to over 40,000 people in five countries exploring the positive contributions each person can make toward creating a sustainable future.
