Dianna Lynn is known for her expertise in human resource management and communication skills training. She is a qualified staff trainer with significant international experience with Balance Point International in Japan and Hong Kong . Dianna is an expert corporate executive coach/consultant and is certified to deliver the "Lights On Learning" coaching methodology.

Dianna is also a captivating public speaker and radio/television guest expert on personal and professional development themes such as creating the results you want, relationships and integrating work and personal goals.

Inspired by the success of "One World One People," a critically-acclaimed photo-essay book, Dianna authored and produced the book "One World One Child," which also explores the unifying power of the human experience through the eyes of the world's children .

Transferring her business acumen to philanthropic activities, Dianna participated in fund-raising efforts for the Special Olympics in the Pacific Northwest , the Rocky Mountain Adoption Exchange, and the Karitas and Kempe Children's Foundations. While living in Tokyo for four years and traveling to refugee villages and orphanages in Sri Lanka , she began to focus her attention on global children's issues. She is co-founder of the One World One People Foundation in conjunction with Robert White.

Dianna resides in Greenwood Village , Colorado with her husband Kevin Brown and daughters Megan and Alicia. Her hobbies include gardening, singing, painting and learning more about spirituality - her own and others.
