Jim Moore, senior training designer and facilitator, is a pioneer and innovator in the field of simulation-based, experiential learning. Jim helps clients to achieve their internal objectives of empowered, cross-functional teamwork, quality, and competitive readiness. Jim's focus is in helping clients build a "developmental culture", attracting and retaining the best people who are then driven by mentoring and coaching leadership. For over 30 years as a consultant and trainer, Jim has worked closely with senior management, sales and operational staff. His clients have included:

Jim is also a dynamic and passionate speaker with international experience. He has addressed top-level Australian insurance executives on U.S. sales strategies and technologies in Bangkok . Jim has helped Motorola's senior European management in Geneva learn how to thrive in the challenges of today's rapidly changing global marketplace. And, he has worked with the international leadership of Crown Worldwide in South Africa in their efforts to build a network of internal partnerships.

Jim lives in Minneapolis , Minnesota with his wife Kathryn, and sons Tyler, Dane, Michael and Jacob. He enjoys coaching kids' sports ("Building future leaders, one child at a time"), skiing, working outdoors doing landscaping/construction, and spending time with his family.
